3 Job functions

Within assigned jobs and training, this role includes:

  • Doing home repairs and installations safely, with hand and power tools and the required protective equipment.
  • Protecting customers' homes, keeping work areas orderly, cleaning up, and looking after tools and materials.
  • Telling customers your arrival time, raising concerns about the scope of work, giving job status updates and taking part in customer walkthroughs.
  • Recording accurate work hours, job notes and photos in Housecall Pro.
  • Travelling between assigned jobs during the workday, which may include driving a company vehicle.

Physical requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, plus heavier items with help or equipment.
  • Climb, and work safely from, ladders.
  • Kneel, crouch, bend and reach overhead for long periods.
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces and other tight spaces.
  • Work outdoors in heat, cold and wet weather.
  • Stay on your feet for most of the workday.
